Challenge

A corporate website with product and company pages across 14 languages, regional teams contributing local input, and a central team responsible for keeping content consistent, searchable, and up to date.

Approach

I started treating the website as an ongoing program rather than a queue of requests. That meant clearer ownership, shared editorial and technical standards, and deciding what to work on based on what audiences were looking for and what mattered to the business.

What changed

Before

Website work arrived as a queue of requests across regions and languages.

Decision

Treat the site as an ongoing program with clear ownership, standards and prioritization.

After

Central and regional teams work within a shared system for content, SEO, publishing and redesign.

What I did

Led website strategy and content across product and corporate pages, including technical SEO, editorial review, publishing, landing pages, and search-driven content. I later led the vendor selection process for the new website, from the initial brief and agency interviews to the final comparison and recommendation. I now lead the internal side of the redesign.
